Did you restore the 3.10.12 backup into an empty folder?
JCK Editor is an abandoned extension. It will not work in Joomla 4 and it should have been uninstalled before the update. Check also the other third party extensions for compatibility from JED and from the developers' websites.
The PHP session path should be writable. The maximum memory 128M should be increased to 256M. Contact your host, unless you can make the changes from the cPanel provided by your host.
